About Diana Cox

I feel physically lighter and my confidence has grown. It took Diana only a few sessions to change my life. I found a true sense of freedom and happiness, I feel empowered.’ SD
So many of us are weighed down by lack of self-belief, depression, negative self-talk, and the feeling of being trapped in our own lives. That was me 30 years ago.
Since then my work in energy therapies and teaching has transformed, and guided my life.
My motivation is the knowledge that everyone has the potential to evolve and grow.
I see it in my clients and students every day. Teaching is a big part of what I do, not only students, but clients too—who can learn simple tapping techniques to continue their healing in between sessions.
Since becoming a Reiki Master in 2008 my curiosity and deep desire to help people heal has driven me to continue learning and develop new skills, including EFT and Matrix Reimprinting which can help with fears, phobias and PTSD.
As a practitioner who trains others, my learning journey continues.
I've set out some of my training below.
This, combined with years of experience, provides holistic and trauma informed therapy, which I create around you. And whatever I believe will be helpful to you in the moment.
Your first session with me can bring an immediate shift, or a feeling of lightness.
But that's only the beginning. I believe the potential is limitless.
I live in Ramsgate, a short walk from the sea. I'm a yoga enthusiast and teacher, and mother to Lily and my cat Willow, both of whom also love Reiki.
